Booking Policy & Terms

At Dr Louise Pierre Aesthetics, your care, comfort, and confidence are our top priorities.

We are committed to providing the highest standards of treatment and service.
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all patients, please take a moment to read our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.

Booking

Appointments can be arranged by phone, online, or in person at the clinic.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Booking Fee & Payments

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date if at least 72 hours’ notice is given (see Cancellations & Rescheduling below).
Booking fees are non-refundable for:
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice
Non-attendance (no-shows)
All balances must be paid in full on the day of your treatment.
Illness and COVID-19

We advise leaving 4 weeks after your treatment before receiving any Covid-19 vaccines, or waiting 4 weeks after your vaccination before booking a treatment. This is to ensure your safety and the best possible results.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to move or cancel a booking.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule.
Late arrivals that prevent treatment from going ahead may be treated as a no-show, and the booking fee will be lost.

Treatment Suitability

Before any treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a medical history form to ensure your safety and suitability.
In some cases, medical conditions or contraindications may prevent a treatment from proceeding.
If so, we’ll discuss suitable alternatives or arrange to reschedule.

Age Restriction

All treatments are available to patients aged 18 and over only.

Aftercare Advice
Following your treatment, you’ll receive tailored aftercare guidance to optimise your results and minimise risks.
For dermal filler treatments, we recommend avoiding appointments immediately before travel abroad, so you remain available for any necessary review or follow-up appointments.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client:
Is unsuitable for the procedure
Fails to comply with our booking policies
Displays rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour
We may also decline future bookings from patients who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend without giving sufficient notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for treatments carried out in good faith, where services have been rendered as agreed.
Please note that results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require a course of sessions to achieve optimal results.
