Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Dr Louise Pierre Aesthetics has introduced new protocols and policies to help to protect and keep all patients safe. This means that as much as possible will be done remotely including a virtual consultation and the completion of the medical and consent forms before your treatment. Therefore at the moment, only your virtual consultation is bookable on the system so thank you for your understanding.

The clinic is up some stairs, so if you do have any mobility issues then please contact Dr Louise as alternative and more accessible arrangements can be made for your appointment.

A booking fee is required at time of booking. This fee will be 50% of your booking total. The booking fee is then deducted from your bill at the time of your appointment.

Your booking fee is non-refundable should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior, however if 72 hours notice is not given, you will forfeit your booking fee. A new booking fee will then be charged for the new appointment.

*The fee is mandatory for all online bookings, including bookings made via email, social media, calls and text messages.

If you are unable to book in for your requested day or time please contact Dr Louise Pierre Aesthetics and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointment, and you will forfeit your booking fee.
